He began his career as an Industrial Maintenance instructor in 2015, quickly demonstrating a commitment to enhancing vocational training and education. In 2017, Thomas advanced to the role of Industrial Technology Coordinator, where he played a pivotal role in expanding programs at Texarkana College, including the establishment of a new workforce training center.
In 2022, he was appointed as the Director of Workforce Education at Texarkana College, overseeing all CTE programs. In this capacity, Thomas successfully led a second expansion for a new training facility, further solidifying the college’s commitment to equipping students with the skills needed to thrive in today’s job market.
